Job Title: Asset Project Manager

Location: Onsite – Ortigas Center, Pasig

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of capital projects across our portfolio. This role involves managing scopes, budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships while ensuring operational continuity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project lifecycle: scoping, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and close-out.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to minimize disruption and maintain standards.
  • Manage competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Track budgets, approve pay applications, and maintain transparent reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with ADA, fire/life-safety, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project/asset management experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar sectors.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills; familiarity with IRR/NPV modeling.
  • Knowledge of building systems (MEP), ADA, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

  • Onsite role in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
  • Night shift schedule.
