As a member of the design team, you will work on the architectural plans collaboratively with other project team members and consultants on the various stages of building construction, which will include planning, designing, detailing, site meetings, etc.

General Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, develop, and review detailed architectural drawings and documentation across all design stages in coordination with project teams.
  • Translate design intent into constructible documents that meet technical standards, local codes, and client requirements.
  • Participate in concept development and schematic design presentations, producing compelling visual and graphic materials.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and suppliers to align technical information with design objectives.
  • Support design development by exploring materials, detailing, and constructability solutions.
  • Participate in regular design and coordination meetings, capturing key decisions and implementing updates to documentation.
  • Assist in construction-phase services such as responding to site queries, preparing revisions, and monitoring design implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • Minimum of 3 years of architectural design or technical documentation experience in a design-oriented firm.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM workflows is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, professional practice, and technical detailing.
  • Excellent design sense, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with consultants and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Licensed Architect or in active pursuit of licensure is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
