Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Architect to join our team as a Project Manager for a residential project. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project planning, coordination, execution, and control, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end residential construction projects, from planning to turnover.
  • Ensure strict compliance with architectural design intent, specifications, and premium quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with clients consultants, and project team.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and cash flow, ensuring cost control without compromising quality.
  • Lead site meetings and enforce high standards of workmanship and finishes.
  • Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and design changes.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain timeline and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and executive updates for management and clients.
  • Oversee project close-out, punch listing, and turnover documentation.
  • Hands-on management in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Architect, preferably in residential projects.
  • Strong expertise in premium materials, high-quality finishes, and residential detailing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple consultants and specialized subcontractors.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, client-handling, and presentation skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, design-sensitive, and results-driven.
  • Willing to be site-based and flexible as project demands require.
