About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will architect, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise systems and play a key role in modernizing our infrastructure through automation, cloud adoption, and best-in-class engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure including servers, databases, cloud services, networking, and system interfaces.
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of systems—from planning and development to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments.
  • Ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and tuning.
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and operations to resolve complex issues and support ongoing system improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
  • Strong professional experience in IT, with deep understanding of core infrastructure domains such as:
  • Databases
  • Servers
  • Cloud systems
  • Networking
  • Interfaces & integrations
  • Development up to containerization
  • Proficiency in at least three of the following technologies/platforms:
  • OpenShift
  • Bitbucket
  • JIRA/Confluence
  • Jenkins
  • AWS
  • Python
  • TypeScript
  • ServiceNow
  • APIs (design, management, integrations)

Good to Have

  • Master's degree in a related field (optional but advantageous).
  • Proven experience working within GxP environments, especially with system lifecycle understanding and documentation requirements.

Working Arrangement:

3x onsite per week.

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
