NOC Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a 24x7 NOC team focused on infrastructure monitoring and incident response.

· Work close with Global Service Desk and perform Incident response triage with factories and sites. Oversees resolution of Infrastructure-related incidents and ensures services meet SLAs and performance expectations.

· Perform hands-on administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of NetApp ONTAP, Active IQ, and Pure Storage FlashArray/FlashBlade systems.

· Develop and maintain operational runbooks and SOPs for storage provisioning, backup, DR, and change management.

· Monitor storage performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

· Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to design and deploy scalable storage solutions.

· Manage escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolution of critical storage incidents.

· Ensure compliance with internal security, audit, and data governance standards.

· Provide local Team oversight and local management of the Patching Team.

Required Skills & Experience

· 7+ years in IT infrastructure, with 3+ years in a NOC leadership role.

· Proven hands-on experience with:

• NetApp ONTAP, SnapMirror, SnapVault, and Active IQ.
• Pure Storage FlashArray/FlashBlade, Purity OS, and Pure1.

· Strong understanding of SAN/NAS protocols, RAID, deduplication, and storage tiering.

· Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Jennifer, Nutanix Prism, SolarWinds) and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

· Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

· Strong management and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

· Degree in Information Technology or similar

· NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) or Pure Storage Certified Architect.

· ITIL Foundation Certification.

· Experience in hybrid cloud storage (Azure NetApp Files, AWS FSx, etc.).

· Knowledge in Tenable, Nessus, BatchPatch, Lansweeper.
