What you'll be doing

  1. Ensure all products are displayed in an organised and visually appealing manner according to brand guidelines
  2. Regularly audit store displays and make adjustments as needed to maintain brand standards
  3. Coordinate with store managers to understand sales trends and optimise merchandising plans accordingly
  4. Assist with the setup and dismantling of seasonal and promotional displays
  5. Provide feedback and recommendations to the Visual Merchandising team to continually improve in-store experiences

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a retail merchandising or visual display role
  2. Strong eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing and engaging product displays
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple store locations
  4. Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with store managers and the broader merchandising team
  5. Creative problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement
  6. Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising
