Job Description:

  • Supervise daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring excellent customer support before, during, and after auctions
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain a high standard of service
  • Monitor customer interactions and continuously improve service processes
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Logistics) to ensure smooth transaction flow
  • Maintain and update customer service reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards
  • Support the implementation of customer-focused initiatives and system improvements

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience using CRM or customer service tools is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Subic Bay Freeport Zone
  • Background in automotive, logistics, or auction industries is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
