Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
  • Assist and/or perform performs all other necessary that may be assigned by the Supervisor or Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • At least a high school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and typing.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the aviation industry or with Aviation knowledge/background is a plus.
  • With customer service or BPO experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
