HIRING – Finance and Administration Intern

Responsibilities

As a Finance OJT, you will:

· Assist in performing financial procedures (e.g., receipts, payments requests, management of petty cash).

· Assist in maintaining the accounting reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation and compliance with finance regulations.

· Assist in billing and collections

· Consolidate and encode receipts

· Assist in ensuring that financial obligations of the company are settled.

· Perform other finance-related duties as may be reasonably assigned.

As an Admin OJT, you will:

· Support the efficient running of the company's office daily operations as well as during company events

· Support in providing administrative services such as reception, mail, courier, transportation, security and other clerical administrative duties as may be reasonably assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduating college/university students in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology and other related courses
  • Can start as soon as possible
  • Students required to render at least 3 months of internship as part of the school curriculum
  • High sense of dignity and honorableness; trustworthy
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant attitude, patient, shows initiative
  • With high degree of professionalism
  • Must be willing to report daily in our Makati office
