The Finance Intern will provide support to the Finance Department in day-to-day operations, including data entry, report preparation, and assisting with accounting and financial analysis tasks. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and business operations, preparing the intern for a future career in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in preparing and updating financial reports, statements, and records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial databases.
  • Help reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Support in processing invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
  • Assist in monitoring budgets and expense tracking.
  • Conduct basic financial research and analysis as directed.
  • Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval.
  • Participate in special projects and other tasks assigned by the Finance Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar data tools;
  • Working Setup. Hybrid, in 114 East Offices Bldg., Aguirre St., Legazpi Village, Makati;
  • Working Schedule. Weekdays; and
  • Provided with allowance.
