THE ROLEProvides support to the company's planning and performance management requirements. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESPrepares rolling expectations and budgets based on thorough analysis of prior year P&L and current year performance against budget to assist various units. Validates operating expenses of units by checking for abnormal trends and illogicalities to correct mispostings.

Maintains updated working files as inputs for rolling expectations and budgets of the units. Prepares ad-hoc analyses related to profitability, process optimization, market research, competitor analysis, etc., requiring FP&A expertise. Provides decision support to functional heads in both qualitative and quantitative forms.

Conducts operational/IT risk assessments as OR Coordinator, completing templates for Risk Management per ORM Framework. Ensures compliance with process manuals and regulatory/audit standards by staying updated to prevent audit findings. Updates process manuals timely to manage operational risk.

Prepares weekly ALCO reports by compiling bank and market data into relevant formats for the Segment Head. Prepares monthly MPR summaries for the CFO and President by consolidating information from various sources. Designs reports and presentation slides based on relevant information needs of the Segment Head.

Ensures timely submission of deliverables through effective planning and organization. Maintains accuracy of outputs by understanding deliverables during pre-development and collaboration sessions. Engages continuously with internal stakeholders to stay informed of ongoing events impacting financial performance.

Maintains confidentiality and integrity of information by observing Data Classification Policies and Guidelines. Performs other related tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking.

At least 5 years of experience in Audit & Taxation, Banking & Financial, Corporate Finance/Investment, General/Cost Accounting, Credit Evaluation/Appraisal, Actuarial/Statistics. Experience in financial modeling. Knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.

Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines; capable of digesting and simplifying technical information for effective discussions and presentations.

Quick learner with a commitment to continuous improvement. Keen attention to detail, noticing discrepancies, inconsistencies, abnormal trends, and illogicalities.
