Job Summary

The Finance Intern will support our finance and administrative day to day operations. The intern will work closely with the Finance team and other people in the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in encoding financial transactions in spreadsheets
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, and financial statements
  • Help in processing invoices, billing, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records in compliance with accounting standards
  • Assist in audit preparations and internal financial reviews
  • Coordinate with team members for administrative and finance-related tasks
  • Other related duties as may be assigned by the Finance Officer or supervisor

Job Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, or any related course
  • Must be willing to submit a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from the academic institution
  • Amenable to a hybrid work setup (remote + occasional on-site as needed, Metro Manila-based)
  • Willing to start immediately
