Overview:

The Project Management Specialist will lead the execution of high-value projects of the Maya Enterprise Group. This role will oversee key initiative of the business, monitor their progress and completion, and ensure that they meet the expectations of the stakeholders. The candidate will be assigned to support initiatives of either Large Enterprise, SME, and MSME segments.

What you will do:

  • Project Management: Work closely with the business stakeholders and the various Maya teams to deliver the requirements intended to achieve defined business objectives and are aligned with the company's business strategy.
  • Business Requirements Documentation: Create and complete business requirement document based on project requirements from stakeholders.
  • Operationalization: Collaborate with Business Development, Product Management, Operations, and Technology Group in introducing and operationalizing new solutions and products.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Develop a detailed plan to monitor the progress of the projects and provide the status reports to business leaders.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of project management experience in a professional services environment. Experience in banking and financial industry is preferred.
  • Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager is preferred.
  • Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills. Effective at communicating and comfortable presenting to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Has a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
