About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordination Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.

As a key member of our project coordination team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and communicating with stakeholders. You will also assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, as well as developing and implementing project plans.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Prepare project reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and external partners
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans
  • Develop and implement project plans, including establishing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field

Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a high level of flexibility and resilience
