Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesCollaborate with architects, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop construction plans and designs. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules based on designs and construction needs. Source construction materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards.

Monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, codes, and regulations; resolve technical issues. Implement quality control to meet standards and specifications. Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and enforce safety procedures on-site.

Ensure compliance with local building regulations and zoning laws. Maintain detailed project documentation including reports and correspondence. Coordinate with contractors and project team for effective communication.

Provide regular updates to clients and address concerns. Oversee project closeout activities and handover. Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule; adjust plans as needed.

Key Performance IndicatorsAdherence to project timelines and budgets. Quality of construction work. Safety compliance and environment.

Stakeholder satisfaction and communication effectiveness. Handling change orders efficiently. Leadership and team management.

Client relationship management. Audit performance, including ISO standards compliance. Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or architecture.

At least 2 years relevant experience. Knowledge:Construction methodologies, local codes, project management principles, contract management. Skills:Excellent communication, problem-solving, financial acumen.
