Finance and Claims Analyst
to join our remote team on a contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects while developing your career within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

The Role

As a
Finance and Claims Analyst
, you will be responsible for supporting the financial documentation, claims preparation, and invoice tracking processes across multiple disaster recovery projects. You will liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial submissions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities include:

Managing and maintaining financial records related to project claims.

· Preparing and submitting claims documentation to government agencies and partner organizations.

· Tracking project invoices.

· Supporting reconciliation of claims vs. actual project expenditure.

· Assisting with budget monitoring, cost summaries, and reporting.

· Collaborating with project managers to ensure documentation meets project requirements.

· Ensuring compliance with funding body requirements and financial protocols.

· Providing general project support, such as assisting with documentation, organizing records, and contributing to financial or progress reports.

About You

·
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administrations, or related field.

· Experience in claims preparation, invoice tracking, or financial documentation is preferred but not essential—training will be provided for the right candidate.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with other MS applications such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, with organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate remotely.

· Based in Manila, Philippines, with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.
