Internship Application Guide

Application steps:

1. Send the requirements to

  • Internship requirement from College/University
  • Memorandum of Agreement and Endorsement Letter from the school

2. Fill-out and complete the forms upon receipt

  • Non-disclosure Agreement for interns
  • Parent's waiver
  • Internship Application Form

3. Accomplish the Intern Acceptance Form

  • The Intern must complete the form before their deployment date. The link will be provided after submission of requirements and completion of required forms.

Notes:

  • Benefit: An OJT allowance commensurate to the number of hours rendered onsite.
  • Availability: Internship slots are subject to availability at the time of the intern's application.
