Intern / OJT – Technical Documentation and Laboratory Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist the Technical Department in drafting technical and regulatory-related documents and supporting basic laboratory activities.

Responsibilities include:

· Preparing and organizing technical, regulatory, and laboratory documentation

· Drafting product data sheets, test reports, and SDS drafts

· Recording and encoding laboratory data

· Assisting in simple laboratory tasks such as sample preparation, labeling, and basic testing under supervision

Qualifications:

· Currently enrolled in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related course

· Strong attention to detail and organization

· Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

· Willing to learn technical documentation and laboratory processes

Preferred but Not Required

· Familiarity with basic laboratory practices or safety procedures

· Awareness of technical documentation formats (SDS, COA, or product dossiers)

· Experience writing school or research reports

Learning Opportunities

· Exposure to product development and laboratory documentation practices

· Experience in drafting technical and regulatory-related documents

· Understanding of laboratory workflows and documentation control systems

· Mentorship from technical staff on industry standards and record-keeping

This internship offers hands-on experience in product development documentation and technical record management, with mentorship from the Technical Department.
