The Pharmacy Assistant helps interpret prescriptions, dispenses medicine, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding sourcing and deliveries, and performs other tasks to support the Pharma team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive orders and aid in interpreting prescriptions
  • Package and dispense medicines
  • Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing
  • Coordinate with in-house and third-party logistics for deliveries
  • Assist with counseling patients on proper medication

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and MS Office applications
  • Preferably with a background in medicine and pharmacy
  • Open to shifting schedules and night shift schedule
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals
  • Must work onsite in Makati
