ACCOUNT OFFICER (LOANS)

The Role:

  • Source potential clients via affiliates, suppliers, and networks.
  • Conduct initial background and credit checks.
  • Oversee service delivery, loan processing, payment tracking, and renewals.
  • Develop and implement market value propositions and marketing strategies.
  • Cross-sell related financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo).
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and industry associations.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations.
  • Create tracking systems to collect and analyze market data.
  • Recommend and support implementation of marketing strategies and targets.
  • Coordinate with Operations for background investigations.
  • Prepare legal and loan documents (undertakings, mortgage contracts).
  • Maintain and update client files, records, and databases.
  • Prepare required reports (Activity Reports, Monthly Work Programs, Work Program Accomplishments) and propose policies to address client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution or similar industry.
  • Established network or client base is a plus.
