Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years general experience
Skills:
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and benefits administration
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance requirements.
Description:
- Responsible for overseeing, managing and administering of our employees Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognition Programs
- Proficiency in payroll software (SPROUT)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations
