What You'll Be Doing

As the Payroll Specialist of Finance Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits. You will be responsible for managing payroll operations, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and providing excellent customer service to employees.

In this role, you will:
  • Maintain and update Payroll Software.
  • Provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data in order to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards.
  • Validate payroll and tax reports to ensure all payroll related data proceeded accurately. Develop and improve appropriate weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll and statutory reports as needed.
  • Ensure full compliance for the payroll/statutory reports.
  • Knowledge of the Company's policies and procedures related to payroll, timekeeping, audit, and accounting.
  • Year-end processing/taxation.
  • Assist the Accounting Supervisor in the preparation of financial statements by providing necessary payroll data and report.
  • Coordinate with Internal Finance team and stakeholders through email
  • correspondences and weekly meetings.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
You're a great fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, business administration, or any other related field.
  • Three (3) years and above of work experience as a Payroll Officer with at least 300 employees.
  • With BPO/Shared Service experience.
  • Familiarity with all facets of timekeeping, payroll and basic accounting principles. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • With background in using Payroll Software.
  • Proficient Microsoft applications especially Excel.
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to deliver work on time and within deadline.
  • Able to do tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the flexibility to work on various projects and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieving continuous improvement and total quality in the performance of all assigned duties.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
