HR Recruitment Officer – Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Recruitment Officer is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's manpower requirements. This role ensures an efficient recruitment process and a positive candidate experience while supporting overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified applicants
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Prepare and process pre-employment requirements and job offers
  • Maintain and update applicant records and recruitment reports
  • Ensure timely hiring and compliance with company policies
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
  • Support onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related work
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and labor laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information
