I. Summary

Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill company vacancies while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

II. Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand hiring requirements with department heads
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
  • Source candidates through online channels, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant records and databases
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding new hires
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures

III. Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • At least 1–2 years of recruitment or HR-related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and job portals
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
