Job Summary:

The Reports Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing operational and performance reports that provide insights into business trends and support client and internal management decisions. The role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of reports while identifying opportunities for process improvement within a fast-paced BPO environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze contact center data to identify performance trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of client and internal reports.
  • Collaborate with operations, workforce management, quality, and client services teams to address reporting needs.
  • Automate manual reports and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support business reviews and presentations.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by clients and leadership teams.
  • Document reporting procedures and train colleagues on report usage when required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting or data analysis within a BPO/Shared Services environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
