In support of the Global Compliance Audit & Ethics departments, the Reporting Analyst will design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. This role involves creating, updating, and tracking the usage of reports, monitoring process run-times and failures, and documenting data sources and report logic. The specialist will conduct regular data quality checks, perform in-depth data analysis, and utilize tools like Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint to automate processes. Additionally, the specialist will implement data governance practices, communicate project progress, and propose improvements to reporting processes.

Technical Skills

  Strong organizational skills, ability to organize other resources effectively and establish and communicate priorities.

  Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills

  Full competency in Teams, Outlook, Word, PPT.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, power query), Power Automate, Power Apps, Share Point, Microsoft Power Bi, SQL Server, Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (Power BI, SSAS, SSRS and SSIS) and Microsoft Power Query.

  Understanding of SQL (MS SQL Server, mySql, Oracle, etc.), Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, BIgQuery, and LookStudio)

  Ability to travel 10% (including weekends).

  Valid Passport (or will obtain) and able to travel internationally.
