HR Assistant

Responsibilities
- Help facilitate the hiring process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources or equivalent is required for this position
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to report full on-site from Monday to Saturday
