Job Description:
The HR Admin Assistant will support the Human Resources and Administration functions of the company. The role includes handling weekly payroll of workers, monitoring timekeeping records, and performing field work related to HR and administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle and assist in the preparation and processing of weekly payroll for workers
- Maintain accurate employee timekeeping, attendance, and leave records
- Coordinate with employees regarding payroll concerns, attendance issues, and HR documentation
- Perform field work as may be assigned by management.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and preparation of employment documents
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Admin department
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course
- With experience in handling weekly payroll of workers
- Knowledgeable in timekeeping and basic labor compliance
- Willing to do field work when required
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
- Good communication and coordination skills
