HR Assistant (Reliever)

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and coordinating the recruitment process.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding status and requirements.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, job offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure complete submission of pre-employment requirements.

Employee Records & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and physical 201 file.
  • Assist in updating HR databases and generating HR reports as required.
  • Draft, prepare, and coordinate requests of Certificates of Employment (COEs) for current and former employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Provide support during audits and HR reporting requirements.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, performance appraisals, and employee events.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as directed by the HR Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus but not required
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • With strong organization and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
