- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave management.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and training needs assessment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
