Support smooth site operations—coordinate workers, purchase materials, handle permits, and assist with daily on-site needs. Great for hands-on doers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities on-site and relay instructions from management

  • Liaise with workers and ensure they have what they need to work efficiently

  • Purchase or follow up on site materials and tools as needed

  • Handle basic site documentation and reports

  • Process and follow up on government permits and construction-related requirements

  • Assist in securing clearances and maintaining site compliance

  • Serve as on-ground support for project needs including logistics or errands

  • Ensure smooth coordination between office and job site

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Site Coordinator or similar role

  • Familiar with purchasing and sourcing construction materials

  • Basic knowledge of government construction requirements

  • Highly organized, reliable, and good at following instructions

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with various teams

  • Must be willing to be deployed on-site and run errands as needed
