Job Summary:

  • Monitoring of construction status, resolving issues with proper coordination to immediate supervisor, timely purchasing of construction materials as per the construction stage, and overseeing safety of the entire site.
  • Over sees all house construction and land development activities
  • Provides immediate solutions to site problems
  • Review all construction materials status and request of construction material to purchasing department
  • Handles weekly toolbox meeting with all the contractors and/or foremen
