Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Acquisition Manager located in Metro Manila. The Site Acquisition Manager will be responsible for handling site acquisition, lease negotiations, and site development. The role will also involve overseeing wireless networking and lease administration tasks. Day-to-day activities include identifying potential sites, negotiating lease terms, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Site Acquisition and Site Development
  • Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Lease Administration
  • Knowledge in Wireless Networking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Telecommunications, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or telecommunications industries is a plus
