Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate extensively with a high-profile Foreign Architect to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Review construction activities, field changes, and design modifications for compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor submittal responses from the Architect and ensure proper site implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes, quality standards, and design intent throughout the construction phase.
  • Evaluate shop drawings, mockups, and material submissions for compliance with quality and design standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic progress and technical reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Director, Project Manager, Project Architect, and Foreign Architect.
  • Participate in site coordination meetings, site inspections, and factory visits.
  • Oversee project communications and documentation.
  • Manage technical coordination with external project teams and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Implement quality control measures across design and documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and construction documents.
  • Prepare punch list reports and assist in project closeout activities.
  • Monitor project schedules, resolve conflicts, and coordinate timelines with stakeholders.
  • Address technical issues and ensure compliance with contract and project standards.

Essential Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design, systems, and construction methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of local and international building codes and regulations.
  • Independent and proactive work ethic with high accountability.
  • Proficient in BIM (Revit) and construction documentation; familiarity with Interior Design (ID), Environmental Graphic Design (EGD), and Landscaping.
  • Skilled in client relationship management and communication.
  • Ability to uphold corporate branding and professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Must be a Registered Architect
  • Minimum of 10 years of on-site architectural experience, preferably involving multi-disciplinary and international collaboration
  • Proven experience managing projects from documentation to closeout in design-led construction environments
