Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the procurement buyer to meet performance goals and KPIs.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and priorities thru attending meeting
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
  • Coach and mentor buyer to build capability and engagement.
  • Oversee sourcing activities and ensure competitive bidding processes are followed.
  • Monitor and manage procurement-related risks, such as delays, shortages, and non-compliance.
  • Continuously assess procurement processes and recommend improvements.
  • Act as the key contact for procurement-related queries or concerns.

Education & Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles.
