About the role

Bayanilife Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy store located in Pampanga, Central Luzon. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, from inventory management to customer service, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our healthcare business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the overall operations of the pharmacy store, including scheduling, inventory control, and staff supervision
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
  • Oversee the procurement and distribution of pharmaceutical products, maintaining optimal stock levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the wider Bayanilife team to implement sales and marketing strategies, driving store performance
  • Analyse store data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of pharmacy technicians and assistants, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy store management role, preferably in the retail or healthcare sector
  • Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, best practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example
