Job Title: Service Admin – Scenting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in admin, operations, service coordination, or team supervision.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, especially in client-facing situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM CRM software is a plus.
- Client-handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and make firm, timely decisions.
- Amenable to working on-site in Mandaluyong City
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and monitor daily and weekly job orders for the scenting team.
- Supervise and maintain technician schedules and task assignments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and quotations for clients and management.
- Handle client inquiries, service requests, and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Enforce discipline and compliance within the technician team to meet operational standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
