Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Lead auditing, budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and variances.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Support external and internal audits.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Provide financial analysis to support business planning and strategy.
  • Supervise junior finance staff and provide mentorship.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
