We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer (Supervisory Level) to support multi‑entity finance operations, accounting, reporting, and M&A activities — ensuring financial processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will supervise daily accounting operations, coordinate with auditors and regulators, and assist the finance team in operational and integration initiatives. What You’ll Do Financial Operations & Reporting Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Perform day‑to‑day accounting tasks including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal postings. Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities for assigned entities and prepare related schedules. Assist in preparation of financial reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards. Compliance, Audit & Controls Maintain organized accounting records in compliance with internal controls, BIR/SEC regulations, and audit standards. Support external audits and regulatory inspections by preparing schedules and responding to queries. Ensure adherence to documentation standards across all finance and accounting processes. M&A Support & Integration Assist in financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and post‑acquisition integration activities. Track post‑deal performance, integration progress, and synergies for assigned entities. People Supervision & Process Improvement Supervise junior accountants and bookkeepers, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks. Allocate workload effectively to meet deadlines and maintain process quality. Recommend process improvements and assist in implementing workflow enhancements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial alignment. What You’ve Done Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred. 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit, including prior experience with an external audit firm. Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR/SEC regulations, and compliance requirements. Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, internal controls, and month‑end/year‑end closing. Hands‑on experience in multi‑entity or shared services environments (e.g., BPOs, technology, or services firms). Proficient in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to financial accuracy. Amenable to a hybrid work setup (onsite + work‑from‑home). KPIs You’ll Own Timeliness and accuracy of AR/AP processing and reconciliations. Month‑end and year‑end closing accuracy for assigned entities. Team supervision and task completion. Support for M&A integration milestones and reporting.
