
IT Support Staff

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide hands-on IT support to ensure smooth daily operations, assisting the Department Head and resolving user requests for email, software, hardware, and network issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide direct administrative & IT Support and Technical Assistance to the Department Head as part of the Technical Support Staff
- Manage and respond to all email system, program, and EDP requests, including Email Configuration
- Monitor and control issuance and deployment of IT forms and equipment (EDP Monitoring, IT Inventory)
- Resolve IT Helpdesk requests within defined SOP Compliance and ICP turnaround times
- Maintain and update IT Documentation, keeping manuals and guides accurate
- Upload daily production reports for remote agents to deliver Remote Agent Support
- Perform daily Data Backup and safekeeping of company files
- Provide Desktop Support, Network Support, and Computer Troubleshooting for desktops, printers, and connections
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related; 1 year in IT support
- Experience in PC hardware, Windows, email setup, backups, ticketing systems
