Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Staff member to support daily operations across Llaollao outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, providing on-site (field) support, and ensuring the smooth operation of Point of Sale (POS) systems and other essential equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support at multiple Llaollao branches as needed
  • Install, configure, and maintain POS (Point of Sale) systems and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, tablets, printers, and network devices
  • Respond to technical support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain IT inventory including POS devices, scanners, and network equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors or service providers for IT-related needs or repairs
  • Ensure all IT systems are updated and secured against potential threats
  • Support new store openings by setting up IT infrastructure and systems
  • Provide training to staff on using POS systems and other tech tools as required
  • Perform routine system checks and backups

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with POS systems
  • Basic understanding of networking (routers, switches, LAN/WAN)
  • Ability to work independently and travel to different branches/outlets (field work required)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail or F&B industry
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems or help desk software

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
