Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Staff member to support daily operations across Llaollao outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, providing on-site (field) support, and ensuring the smooth operation of Point of Sale (POS) systems and other essential equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support at multiple Llaollao branches as needed
- Install, configure, and maintain POS (Point of Sale) systems and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, tablets, printers, and network devices
- Respond to technical support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain IT inventory including POS devices, scanners, and network equipment
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for IT-related needs or repairs
- Ensure all IT systems are updated and secured against potential threats
- Support new store openings by setting up IT infrastructure and systems
- Provide training to staff on using POS systems and other tech tools as required
- Perform routine system checks and backups
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with POS systems
- Basic understanding of networking (routers, switches, LAN/WAN)
- Ability to work independently and travel to different branches/outlets (field work required)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail or F&B industry
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems or help desk software
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
