Café Support Staff

Location: Salcedo, Makati

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Minimum wage + tips + staff meal allowance + parking

About the Role:

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Café Support Staff. You'll play an important role in keeping our café running smoothly — helping with table clearing, dishwashing, and general cleaning to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

If you enjoy working in a team, have a positive attitude, and take pride in keeping things organized, we'd love to have you on board

Responsibilities:

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Assist other team members with food and beverage delivery when needed
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized
  • Handle trash and recycling properly
  • Perform general cleaning tasks inside the café (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, stockroom, etc.)
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support other team members with general tasks
