Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all MEPFS activities across project phases.
- Review and evaluate MEPFS design plans, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor installation works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and local code requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper system integration.
- Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of MEFPS systems.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, estimates, and procurement plans related to MEPFS.
- Assists in resolving design or construction issues related to MEPFS systems.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in MEPFS engineering, preferably in the construction (building and site development works) industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and MEPFS standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be assigned and work full time on site in Kaysuyo, Alfonso, Cavite
