We're looking for a
Senior Marketing Specialist
who loves turning technical products into stories people actually care about, and who wants real ownership in a high-growth team.

The vibe of the role

This is a
roll-up-your-sleeves, build-things, ship-fast
kind of job.

You won't be babysitting agencies or waiting for someone to tell you what to do. You'll be creating campaigns, content, and growth loops that move the needle, and you'll see your impact clearly.

What you'll own

Content that cuts through

  • Write sharp, useful content for technical buyers: blogs, landing pages, product launches, customer stories, thought leadership.
  • Work directly with leadership on messaging and big announcements.
  • Partner with design to bring ideas to life (web pages, social assets, decks, all of it).

Email + lifecycle magic

  • Build onboarding and lifecycle journeys that actually get users activated.
  • Run newsletters and product comms that people want to open.
  • Keep messaging aligned to what's shipping and what customers need next.

Growth campaigns

  • Launch and optimize paid programs across
    Google Ads, Reddit Ads, retargeting
    .
  • Build lead-nurture flows and automation.
  • Constantly test: headlines, pages, targeting, creative, offers.
  • Track results, share insights, and iterate fast.

Community + social presence

  • Keep us active where our audience hangs out: LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Facebook.
  • Turn community signals into content and campaigns.

What we need from you

You'll crush this if you have:

  • 4+ years in marketing
    , ideally SaaS / B2B tech.
  • Confidence running paid campaigns end-to-end (Google + Reddit + retargeting) and optimizing for pipeline, not vibes.
  • Strong writing skills; especially for technical or semi-technical audiences.
  • Solid SEO instincts and experience improving rankings + conversions.
  • Comfort learning and writing about things like
    APIs, virtualization, cloud infra, SaaS platforms
    .
  • A data-driven mindset: you test, learn, and improve on repeat.
  • Experience using AI tools to speed up and level up your workflow.
  • The energy to own your lane and move fast without hand-holding.

Extra points if you've marketed to:

  • Infrastructure / cloud / hosting / MSP / IT decision-makers.
  • Or you've worked in a scale-up where priorities shift, and that's part of the fun.
