Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Manager based in Metro Manila. The MEP Manager will oversee day-to-day coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works among contractors and consultants to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The responsibilities include supervising MEP design while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client specifications. The role demands active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, problem-solving on-site, and efficient resource management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in design of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and contractors
  • Familiarity with Middle East building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Previous experience in large-scale construction or consultancy projects is an advantage
