MEP Site Engineer - UAE

As an MEP Site Engineer, you'll oversee the overall installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works within assigned contracts or areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all deliverables are executed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with cost, quality, and QA/QC expectations set by senior management.

Your Role

  • Lead and supervise daily MEP installation activities to meet project schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and foremen to plan manpower, materials, and tools for efficient execution.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC, and HSE procedures.
  • Review and implement Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and site work plans.
  • Manage RFIs, material tracking, and long-lead items to prevent delays.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and as-built records.
  • Conduct regular inspections, progress reviews, and issue weekly status reports to management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum
    7 years' experience
    in MEP installation or construction management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and installation practices.
  • Excellent site leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.
