1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with senior management.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams (civil, structural, MEP, QA/QC, HSE).
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve design and site issues.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.

3. Budget & Cost Control

  • Monitor project costs, cash flow, and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate and approve variation orders, claims, and subcontractor payments.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or safety.

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce adherence to company and project quality assurance plans.
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with HSE standards and local regulations.
  • Review and approve inspection reports, test results, and material submittals.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, and change orders.
  • Prepare periodic management reports highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Oversee project close-out, handover, and final documentation.
