This position is responsible for document management, assisting in budget monitoring, and coordinating the distribution of office materials. The Admin Assistant also supports workflow improvements and contributes to the overall efficiency of the business unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and secretarial support to the department
  • Assist in budget tracking, allocation, and utilization in line with operational needs
  • Handle end-to-end processing of documents, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Coordinate the distribution and transmittal of office materials and official documents
  • Support workflow improvement initiatives and help enhance overall departmental efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members and assist across various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related course — knowledge in these areas helps with billing and budgeting tasks; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Can work independently and communicate effectively
  • Has good interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Amenable to work onsite at Lancaster New City, Mon-Fri, 8am to 6pm.
