Role Overview
The Admin Associate will provide essential administrative, HR, and legal support to ensure smooth company operations and compliance with policies and regulations. This role demands a detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful professional who can handle day-to-day administrative tasks, assist with HR processes, and support legal documentation and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office operations including documentation, filing systems, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Support coordination of logistics, procurement, and facilities administration to ensure efficient workflows.
- Handle confidential records with discretion and accuracy.
Human Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment activities: job posting, applicant screening, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
- Track attendance, leaves, and compliance with company policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Legal & Compliance Support
- Draft, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and company policies in coordination with management and external counsel.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
- Monitor deadlines and assist in filing necessary permits, registrations, and reports.
- Maintain legal documentation and support audit or compliance checks.
Client & External Coordination
- Support the Pampanga Atelier's walk-in inquiries and assist in client coordination as needed.
- Ensure proper communication with stakeholders, government agencies, and external partners.
