Key Responsibilities:
- Update of masterlist
- Filing and safekeeping of 201 files
- Lead recruitment from end to end process: hiring, onboarding and offboarding
- Manage and ensure proper documentation of IRs, NTEs, NODs
- Handling of employee relations such as admin hearings, suspension and/or termination
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities such as team building events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Gather requirements needed for government-mandated needed benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), HMO, and other employee benefits.
- Consolidate monthly contributions report to the main office
- Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of payroll-related files and forms
- Coordination with department heads
- Other admin tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Familiarity with labor laws, government benefits, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
